Service description:

The ISDN telecommunications service is a classic telecommunications service, i.e. a digital telecommunications link with 30 communication channels (B) and one signalising channel (D), each of 64 Kbps bandwidth.

Range of the service:

The most important functions available within subscription of the service:

  • Customer Panel access
  • direct dial-in (DDI) up to 200 numbers,
  • call waiting (CW),
  • call hold (HOLD),
  • caller line identification presentation (CLIP),
  • calling line identification restriction (CLIR),
  • anonymous call restriction (ACR),
  • forwarding calls:
    • call forwarding unconditional (CFU),
    • call forwarding busy (CBU),
    • call forwarding no reply (CFNR)
    • three-party calls

Benefits of the service:

The service is connected to the digital centre infrastructure owned by the Customer. Additionally, Customers acquire the access to the NASK Customer Panel that is a web page and at the same time an element of the billing system. The Panel allows to access the information on failed calls up to the recently ended reference period.
