Over 220 000 new domain names and development of NASK Partner Programme
The total number of registrations executed during the fourth quarter amounted to 220 275, and there were nearly 404 000 renewed names. According to the report published by .PL registry, operating within the framework of NASK, at the end 2017 2 576 063 active domain names were being maintained for more than one million of .pl domain name registrants.

New Dyżurnet.pl report: the responsible attitude of Internet users is crucial for safety in the network
In 2017, among the reports handled by the team, experts confirmed 2459 incidents related to the dissemination of child sexual abuse material, 1339 related to the publication of legal images of minors in a sexual context – these are the largest number of reports. In 2017, Dyżurnet.pl team analyzed 13,962 incidents in total.

ENISA: cooperation and trust are pillars of cybersecurity in Europe
Cross-sectoral mechanisms for cooperation and information exchange are crucial to the efficient operation of the cyber-security system and Member States should strengthen and support its development, according to the reports published by ENISA on cyber-security initiatives in Europe in the framework of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and the Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISAC). The reports are the result of research conducted by NASK PIB experts.

Dyżurnet.pl warns against harmful and illegal content online
The presence of vulgar, shocking, inappropriate and even abhorrent content on the Internet has become widespread and the boundaries of acceptance are widening. However we should not underestimate them – says the Dyżurnet.pl team, a point of contact that has been functioning within the framework of NASK since 2005. In 2017 the team recorded nearly 14 thousand reports of potentially illegal and harmful content.
